Role DescriptionIn this role, you’ll be the person customers rely on when it matters—handling questions, updating policies, and making sure every interaction is clear, accurate, and handled with care. You’ll combine strong customer service with the ability to spot what a client may need next, then coordinate with the team to get it done.If you enjoy solving problems, communicating with empathy, and you’re the kind of person who takes pride in doing things right, we’d like to talk. We also see real growth potential here for candidates who are driven and comfortable with a sales-minded, customer-focused approach—especially as we expand into new product lines.
Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions and provide policy information
  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, and updates
  • Process claims and follow up until the customer is fully taken care of
  • Keep records accurate and up to date after every interaction
  • Pivot conversations when appropriate—identify additional needs and help introduce customers to new product lines
  • Support additional needs by identifying opportunities during customer conversations and bringing them to the right team member
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine, helpful attitude
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask without losing accuracy
  • Prior customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
Compensation $20.00 per hour
